Cresford is at it again! A number of you may be familiar with some of their projects: The Merchandise Building, Quad Lofts, 76 Shuter, Casa, Windermere by the Lake, and the NXT projects. They have a brand new development coming to 42 Charles Street East. We are in such early stages at the moment that we do not have any renderings, floor-plans – the development doesn't even have an official name, although "Casa 2" has been doing the rounds on the internet! Chaz on Charles at pre-construction pricing is selling at $700/sqft, and developments in Yorkville are selling as high as $800/sqft.
