The latest project by Sorbara at 32 Camden is set to launch very soon! Sorbara have had some very successful projects in Sixty Lofts (60 Bathurst) with some excellent resale numbers (close to $600/sqft). At this current time there is very little information other than a few tidbits we have managed to gather from various social-media channels.

32 Camden Rendering
The project will be located in the Fashion District, just south of Queen & Spadina on Camden. The area is filled with some excellent mid-rise loft-style developments such as the Quad Loft's (19 Brant), Fashion District Loft's (10 Morrison), and Glas (25 Oxley). Many of these have been commanding $525 – $600/sqft so it'll be very interesting to see how Sorbara will price 32 Camden along-with the finishes they'll offer.
