Canderel Stoneridge, the developer behind College Park Residences 1&2, AURA, and DNA 1&2 will be launching their new project, DNA3.
DNA3 will be located at 1030 King Street West, on the north side of the street where the old Chrysler dealership buildings still stands. Units at DNA 1 and 2 are currently selling in the $500+/ sq.ft. A fully upgraded terraced unit with parking recently sold for over $600/sq.ft. There is no official word yet (Details will be released April 2010) but there is strong indication that DNA3 will be around the $500 mark.
