Amit & Roy have VIP access to the brand new development by Candrel Stoneridge; DNA3 located at King & Shaw.  If you are interested in receiving floorplans and pricing in anticipation of the VIP Sales Event on Saturday June 19th – E-mail us NOW! I have spent the last two days letting people know that DNA3 is coming and may represent the best investment opportunity currently available in Toronto.  The question is – What makes it so great? THE HISTORY I was first asked about DNA3 almost 6 months ago by a client who was enquiring about the project.  The reason it was already so popular among Torontonians was the fact that the first two DNA projects were so successful.  DNA 1 (1 Shaw) and DNA2 (1005 King West) are two of the most sought after buildings in Toronto.  Well designed floorplans, great standard finishes and low maintenance fees have been three key reasons why. Property values have almost doubled in 7 years – almost unheard of in the GTA.  This represents, on average a 10% annual growth rate of real estate value. Resale values for DNA1 & DNA2 currently sit around $550-$570 per square foot. WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT DNA3 Details for DNA3 are still scarce but here is what we already know:

  • UNBELIEVABLE VALUE! The majority of the units will be between $240,000 and $400,000, with an average price of approximately $500 per square foot.
  • Parking will be available at $35,000
  • The deposit structure is 15% within the first 150 days, then 5% on occupancy in March of 2013.
  • Assignments are allowed
  • Units all have 9 foot ceilings
  • All 1 bedroom or more units will be equipped with a balcony, and an Kitchen Island that turns into a dining table.
  • Every Bedroom will have a WINDOW
  • Standard Finishes are ALL Premium
  • DNA3 will have unique and luxurious amenities including a Rooftop Terrace with Lounge And Misting Station, Party Rooms, Yoga Room, Massive Exercise Facility, Aerobics Room Etc.
  • The entire front podium of DNA3 will have 20,000 square feet of retail space and will be occupied by numerous major brands!

So why are we going so crazy for DNA3? Here are the reasons:

  • THE PRICE! – DNA3 will be cheaper than the current re-sale values of DNA1 & DNA2, and also cheaper than other Resale developments that are selling around $600 per square foot minimum
  • THE APPRECIATION! - King West and DNA1 & DNA2 in particular have grown in value by at LEAST 10% per year.  This represents unbelievable potential for investors who wish to purchase at DNA3. Candrel Stoneridge also offer Assignments which adds another element for potential investors.  Contact us if you wish to get more information for investing in DNA3
  • THE LOCATION! - King West is one of Toronto's most sought after neighbourhoods, especially among the young professional demographic.
  • THE AMMENITIES! – We're keeping hush about the ammenities of DNA3 right now, but DNA3 are offering some very unique features that will definitely appeal to the young and trendy demographic.  If you want more information on the Amenities don't hesitate in contacting us!

All things considered, DNA3 offers INCREDIBLE value for both investors and residences.  We do not expect many units to be available for the public sale – so your best opportunity at getting a unit is to CONTACT US and get on the VIP list for Saturday June 19th!
