    I think your numbers on 45 Kingsbridge is way out of wack. As a matter of fact, I know it. My sister lives there. She has a 2 bedroom, valuation of $300,00 +, and pays a condo fee of $817 per month.

    Thanks for the comment. You have to realize that maintenance fees do go up as the building ages, or if any issues arise. Maintenance fees are also calculated by the per-square-foot and so if your sisters’ unit is larger, the maintenance fee will be high. And finally, this post was written two years ago and there is a possibility of high maintenance fee increases.
