Our sister website, TalkCondo.com recently blogged about the world's top skylines. Toronto came 7th in this independent ranking. It got me thinking about Mississauga. Now let's face it, you really cannot compare the Mississauga Skyline to say, Shanghai, New York, or even Toronto. But you know what? It's really coming along!

AMAZING shot of Mississauga from St. Catherine

I did a few searches on the web and came across an incredible shot of Mississauga – FROM St. CATHERINE! Thank's to Matt Shaver, over at Matt Shaver Photography for this amazing snap.

That's St. Catharines, not St. Catherine. Sheeh. And judging by the radio tower wires in the photo, you are actually in Grimbsy. I grew up in Streetsville and moved to Niagara 8 years ago – best decision I ever made.

  2. Niagara is a beautiful place to live Jake, however for those who find education a priority some of the worst performing schools are in the Niagara area. If you are lucky enough to find employment in Niagara I tip my hat to you as times will get increasingly difficult with the OLG’s recent decision to open gaming sites in the Toronto area a sure hit to the tourism industry in that region. Streetsville Ontario has never been better recent improvements and additions have all conformed or enhanced the towns historic feel. The demographics may have changed slightly but the income and education levels have only improved. Its in the safest city in Canada I don’t see how you can beat Mississauga.
