This is the seventh segment of a 19-part blog-series that showcases Mississauga's unique commmunities. We realized that a lot of our clients were coming from outside Mississauga, and while knowing the top schools is important, they have asked for more information about the individual communities these schools reside in and the real estate available. This is an important criteria not lost on us as finding a neighbourhood that fits your lifestyle is extremely important. We've already ranked the communities based on school zones (which you can find here), so now let's take a little bit of time to get to know our communities. Next up: Erindale!

Final Thoughts On Erindale
Erindale is very similar to other communities in the more southern end of Mississauga as its split up amongst the very wealthy multi-million dollar homes that line the Credit Woodlands and the older, yet much more affordable classic ranch bungalows and 1970s 2-storey homes. It's almost like Erindale is its very own Clarkson-Lorne Park in terms neighbourhood extremes. Of course, that's not to say Erindale isn't a desirable neighbourhood very those who aren't super wealthy. Quite the opposite in fact. Beautiful tree-lined streets, parks a-plenty, and rentable properties for the investor with U of T's Mississauga campus at its front doorstep.
In terms of the school zone, Erindale's "Woodlands" performs well, but the two top schools are located in the more expensive part of Erindale. The other schools in Erindale perform admirably, but havent cracked our Top 50 in this year's rankings.
