Final Thoughts On East Credit

East Credit is one of the youngest communities in Mississauga. The area has been developed for the most part over the past 20 years, and is one of the few places in Mississauga you can find homes under 15 years old. So, for those of you that are looking for an established neighbourhood with a home that isn't past its prime, East Credit could be the right spot. In fact, there has been a large influx into the area because two of its elementary schools offer full-day kindergarten (Whitehorn and Sherwood Mills). That's driven a lot of younger couples into the area and demand has been quite strong for homes in East Credit. Well located between two major highways and close to the City Centre for many professionals, East Credit is becoming an increasingly popular community in Mississauga. And don't let the average price of property fool you, there are very many affordable detached homes in the area for a family looking for a reasonable 3 or 4-bedroom home.

In terms of the school zone, East Credit has performed very well in recent years. You have three elementary schools in the Top 25 and solid scored from both the middle and high schools. In time, this area should see even stronger scores and will most likely sit in the Top 5 for a long time.
